Why can a stop end up in the wrong place?
Spoke finds addresses with Google's address search, so a stop goes wherever Google places that address. Check the same address in Google Maps:
Wrong in Google Maps too? Fix the stop in Spoke (see below), then report the problem to Google (see below) so it's fixed for good.

How to fix a wrong stop location or wrong directions
If Spoke sends you to the wrong place, it's usually one of two things: the stop's pin is in the wrong spot, or the pin is right, but the directions to it are wrong. Here's how to fix each.
How to fix a stop that's in the wrong place
You can fix the pin yourself in the app straight away:
Open the stop and tap > Edit stop
Tap > Change address, then > Choose on map
Move the pin to the correct spot and save
You can also tap > Change address and search again, then pick a different result. You don't need to delete the stop.
If you're importing stops from a photo, audio recording, or manifest, you can fix pins before they're added:
In the import preview, tap Adjust pin location on any stop that looks wrong.
How to report a wrong address to Google Maps
Sometimes Google has two entries for the same address, so the one Spoke picks can be wrong even if Google Maps looks right when you search.
To fix it:
In Google Maps, open the wrong location
Tap > Report a data problem, then > Wrong pin location or address
Then tap > Edit map location
Move the pin to the correct spot and save
Google reviews every change first, so it may take a while to show up in Spoke.
Fix wrong directions
Spoke's in-app navigation uses Google's navigation technology. If the pin is in the right place but the route to it is wrong:
